Similarly, people are alsoadvised to consult with a dietician in order to get proper guidance regardingthe type of food to eat and the intervals at which the person can eat food. Although,there is not much scientific explanation about whether this diet is beneficialfor long-term benefits or if this diet is comparatively better than a regularhealthy diet. However, people have experienced immediate benefits in a shortertime period by adopting the diet. Nevertheless, it is often recommended bydoctors to follow a balanced diet with the right proportion of fibre, carbs andfats by eating a variety of food including fruits, vegetables, natural proteinsources as well as leafy vegetables to have a healthy body.
