2. Brand Promotion & Campaigns

• Plan and execute health camps, OPD camps, and awareness programs.

• Coordinate promotional activities (print media, hoardings, digital marketing).

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, website updates).

3. Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with referring doctors.

• Address corporate and patient queries promptly.

• Coordinate with medical and operations teams for smooth service delivery.

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.

• Track ROI of marketing campaigns.

• Maintain database of corporates and referral sources.

• Provide market intelligence to management.   

Transcription & Documentation

• Transcribe dictated radiology reports from audio recordings.

• Prepare accurate and grammatically correct diagnostic reports.

• Ensure correct use of medical terminology, abbreviations, and formatting.

• Proofread and edit reports before final submission.

• Maintain standard report templates as per department protocol.

2. Coordination & Workflow

• Coordinate with radiologists for clarifications on unclear dictations.

• Ensure reports are completed within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

• Update report status in HIS/RIS system.

• Maintain proper filing and electronic record management.

 Pre-Operative Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluation and assessment of patients.

• Review medical history, lab reports, and diagnostic investigations.

• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans.

2. Intra-Operative Responsibilities

• Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia as required.

• Monitor vital parameters (ECG, BP, oxygen saturation, etc.) throughout procedures.

• Manage airway and ventilation.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and complications.

3. Post-Operative Responsibilities

• Monitor patients in recovery room (PACU).

• Manage post-operative pain and complications.

• Ensure smooth handover to ICU/ward teams when required.

Clinical Duties
