Clinical Duties

• Attend and manage patients in the Emergency / Casualty department

• Provide immediate assessment, resuscitation, and stabilization of emergency cases

• Manage trauma, medical, and surgical emergencies

• Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, suturing, catheterization, and CPR

• Coordinate with on-call consultants for admissions and referrals

• Ensure proper triaging and documentation of emergency cases

Clinical Duties

• Conduct OPD consultations for pediatric patients

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses

• Monitor growth and development of children

• Manage neonatal and pediatric emergencies

• Provide immunization services as per national guidelines

• Manage pediatric inpatients and NICU care (if applicable)

• Interpret diagnostic investigations and prescribe treatment plans

Patient Care & Safety

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

• Follow hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety guidelines

• Counsel parents/guardians regarding child health, nutrition, and preventive care

• Ensure ethical and patient-centric medical practice

Clinical Duties

• Conduct OPD consultations for patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases

• Diagnose and manage conditions such as CKD, AKI, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and glomerular diseases

• Supervise and manage dialysis services (hemodialysis)

• Manage renal emergencies and critically ill patients

• Interpret diagnostic investigations (renal function tests, USG, labs, etc.)

• Provide pre- and post-procedure care and patient counseling

• Maintain accurate and complete medical records

• Follow hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety guidelines

• Counsel patients and families regarding disease management and lifestyle

Clinical Duties

• Conduct OPD consultations for urological conditions

• Diagnose and manage disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system

• Perform urological procedures and surgeries as per expertise (e.g., TURP, URS, PCNL, cystoscopy, stone management, etc.)

• Manage urological emergencies and trauma cases

• Interpret diagnostic investigations (USG, CT, lab reports, uroflowmetry, etc.)

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care

• Follow hospital clinical protocols and infection control practices

• Counsel patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and outcomes

• Ensure patient safety and ethical medical practice

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Diagnose and manage common and complex ophthalmic disorders

• Perform ophthalmic procedures and surgeries as per expertise (e.g., cataract surgery, minor eye procedures)

• Manage eye emergencies and trauma cases

• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans

• Interpret diagnostic tests such as refraction, fundus examination, tonometry, etc.
